Summary	0005414: Behavoir of DataTypeDefinition attribute with BaseDataType needs to be specified.
Description	The DataTypeDefinition attribute is only valid for Structure, Union, Enumeration, OptionSet, and subtypes of UInteger representing an OptionSet. However, a Variable with BaseDataType could need to set this attribute when the current value is one of the subtypes. The exact behavior needs to be explained in the specification.

jeffhardingabb 2020-06-15 19:57 developer ~0012318	More explanation of the issue is needed. A Variable defines the DataType is uses. While a InstanceDeclaration may use BaseDataType an instance of the Type would use a concrete DataType. If that concrete DataType is a custom data type requiring a DataTypeDefinition then the data is available from that DataType. Is there some other case that needs to be considered?
