Summary0005624: Remove dependency between ProductInstanceUri and ManufacturerUri
Description

The ProductInstanceUri is defined as <ManufacturerUri>/<any string>

In the NOA IM working group discussions we have realized that this thigh coupling is not always correct. There are cases where the ManufacturerUri is different from the Domain in the ProductInstanceUri.

Proposed change in the description of ProductInstanceUri :
The syntax of the ProductInstanceUri is: <DomainName>/<any string>.
instead of:
The syntax of the ProductInstanceUri is: <ManufacturerUri>/<any string>. The manufacturer must ensure that the value of the field <any string> is unique among all instances using the same ManufacturerUri.
